Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature of each Crown Headband, as well as hygiene and quality considerations, returns are accepted only if your item arrives damaged or defective, or there is a fit concern.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. For orders shipped within Canada, fit-related return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with the pouch. Items showing signs of wear, missing stones, makeup, residue, or damage may not be eligible for return.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us with clear photos and, where applicable, video of the issue prior to return. Approved returns due to defects will have return shipping covered. For eligible fit-related returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped outside of Canada, as well as sale items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
