Each Angélisse piece is carefully prepared and packaged with intention. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Angélisse Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Orders may be subject to applicable duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your location. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or estimate these charges in advance.
Returns
Crown Headbands
Due to the handcrafted nature of our Crown Headbands, as well as hygiene and quality considerations, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.
We accept returns only if:
• your item arrives defective, or
• there is a fit concern
All requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
• unused and unworn
• in original condition
• returned with the original pouch
• free of makeup, residue, or damage
• with no missing stones
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused. For defective items, please contact us with clear photos prior to return. If approved, a return shipping label will be provided. For fit-related returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Other Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• unused and unworn
• in original condition
• returned with all original components
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For hygiene reasons, items showing any signs of use may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused if items are returned without prior approval, do not meet the conditions outlined above, or show any signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

Please include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Additional Policy Notes
All shipping fees are non-refundable.

• refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above
• limit or decline returns in cases of suspected misuse or abuse
International orders and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
