Are your products handmade?
Our collections combine specialized production with thoughtful hand-finished craftsmanship. While the creation process varies from one piece to another, every Angélisse product is carefully assembled, refined, and individually inspected to ensure exceptional quality and a beautiful finish.
Certain creations, including our Crown Headbands, require extensive hand-finishing and meticulous crystal placement, with each crystal section carefully positioned to achieve the luminous, jewel-like appearance that defines the collection.

What makes the Crown Headband different from other skincare headbands?
Designed with a tiara-inspired silhouette, luminous glass crystals, a velvet-like exterior, satin lining, and thoughtful hand-finished detailing, the Crown Headband was created to feel closer to a piece of wearable jewelry than a traditional skincare accessory.

Are the crystals glass or plastic?
The Crown Headband features precision-cut glass crystals selected for their exceptional brilliance, clarity, and jewel-like appearance. Compared to plastic, resin, or acrylic alternatives commonly used in mass-market accessories, glass crystals create a more luminous, dimensional sparkle and a more refined finish.
It is also important to note that not all glass crystals are created equal. Factors such as clarity, facet precision, coating quality, color consistency, and light reflection can vary significantly, resulting in very different levels of sparkle, refinement, and overall appearance.
This is one of the many details that helps the Crown Headband feel closer to a piece of wearable jewelry than a traditional skincare accessory.
Are the Crown Headbands comfortable for extended wear?

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or estimate these charges in advance.
What if I refuse delivery or decline customs fees?
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees associated with their order. Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender may be subject to deductions for original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and other associated costs. Refusal of these charges does not constitute a defect and does not make an order eligible for return.

Do you accept international returns?
At this time, orders shipped outside of Canada are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
However, if any order arrives damaged or defective, regardless of destination, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, Angélisse Beauty does not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase a different item may request a return (if eligible under our return policy) and place a new order.
