When I was a little girl, one of my favourite things I had was a small sheet of red, heart-shaped rhinestone stickers. They looked like tiny jewels. Bright, shiny, and special.

I never used them.

I kept saving them “for something special,” like a nicer notebook, a bigger moment, a day that felt like it really deserved them. So they stayed tucked away, waiting.

As I got older, I noticed that same pattern in other parts of my life: saving the nice things, the small luxuries, the rituals that make life softer — putting them aside for some later date that never quite showed up.

Angélisse was born from the decision to stop doing that.

I wanted to create pieces that feel special but are meant to be used now. Not saved in a drawer. Not only for big events.
